Shipping: UK deliveries are prepared Tuesday - Wednesday for arrival on Friday, via UPS courier.
Orders MUST be placed before 4pm Wednesday for delivery for Friday.
Bristol Area : Delivered by Bicycle or electric vans. Orders are prepared Tuesday - Wednesday for arrival before / on Friday, via Zedify courier. Maxmium 3 miles radius from Bristol City Centre. Please click on Zedify link below for Postcodes which qualify for local delivery.
Shipping cost is - £5.75 for any item.
Pick up: ( Click & Collect ) Your products you have purchased online, will be available for collection Wednesday - Sunday 11am-5pm. Please allow a few hours to prepare.
Refunds
In cases of damaged or missing Products you may be entitled to a refund of the cost of the damaged or missing Products. If you do not report your purchase or delivery as damaged or missing within 2 days of receipt, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage and without this cannot process a full refund or offer a replacement. At Bush Bristol discretion, if the damage to the Products minor, cosmetic or superficial, we may offer you a voucher instead of a refund or replacement.
